"A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words".....

Hello to our sweet friends and fellow followers of Christ. We took a few weeks off in writing to truly focus on our family and the true meaning of Christmas. We are very thankful for each of you and pray that something we have shared along the way has touched your heart and encouraged you to turn to and trust in HIM (even more) the past few months. We want to stress that this is not about us and we are not perfect. Maybe that is why God inspired us to begin this journey, to show you how two imperfect people and their crazy, wild children are trying to seek God.
The picture above shows a snapshot of many obstacles and challenges we all faced this past year together. I realize it doesn't capture everything, but gives a pretty good overview to remind us that despite the chaos we went through, we made it by His grace and love. Take some time to reflect on the picture and see how these challenges have impacted your life. Then I encourage you to write down ways that you grew from them. Trust me, it is a good exercise to see how these challenges impacted you initially, how you grew from them and that leads into helping you prepare and plan on what you need to focus on in the New Year. Without a global pandemic leading to our kids being home more, churches not able to fully meet for Sunday School/worship 'normal' and us feeling the tug in our hearts more to open up and write; this blog never would have happened. God's timing is perfect and there is still work to be done.
Life is a Journey and there are many obstacles we are faced with along the way. Life is Meant to be Lived~ Chaos, Presence & Loved; serves as a vessel to inspire, encourage and share our passions on navigating life in this crazy world. All while striving for a marriage centered in Christ, training up our kids in the ways that they should walk in a chaotic society, while hopefully ministering to others and doing our best to leave behind a godly legacy.
Our family is praying for you, even though we don't know who personally reads the material or not. Hearts matter to us. We are trusting in Him to touch the hearts of the people as we try to be obedient.
When life is spinning, pick your focal point!
